Day 17 - (FARAHZAD)Mesr

MESR DESERT – ISFAHAN

After having breakfast, we will leave Ezmighen at 08:00 am to the Mesr desert. Exploring Mesr desert nowadays is the result of the fortune of losing a camel! The camel’s owner discovered the desert by chance while looking for his camel. Then, he made his own Egypt (Mesr) by digging Qanat for 5km to bring life to the desert. Although later a flood destroyed the village, the desert kept its own privacy and stood still after all. On the way, we have a stop to show you the salty desert with special shape. It takes about 4 hours to reach there. We are going to have lunch in Barandaz eco-lodge and enjoy walking on sand dunes. At night, you can enjoy your coffee or tea around the fire and listen to the silence of night in the desert and relax while watching stars.
