This tour is designed for professional climbers and skiers, who have 8 days to conquer the highest peak in Iran. it is highly necessary to be acclimatized in Iran or your home country for such a climb to 5,610m, and hiking in the desert. We make a nice program for doing ski and conquer in Damavand.

Tour Details

Your tour starts on the first day, at Tehran (IKA or anywhere in Tehran) about 09:00 am and end in the afternoon of the eights day. Damavand is the highest peak in Iran and is a volcano peak but is off. According to the climate and weather, our tour guide will decide to conquer the summit from which side of the mountain. Also, we will do hiking in the desert and enjoy a different climate.

We choose the best nutritious meals during mountain climbing.

What to Expect

It is our mission to make you ready to climb up and do ski in Damavand the highest volcano summit in Iran, and do hiking in the desert.

We do our best to serve you by our catering services. Delicious,nutritious and healthy foods will be served during your sportive trip.

Normal local guides and professionals are very different in their prices and quality. The guide cost is the main part of the total cost, but we decided to use the bests of Iran, as we are sportspeople and we know the difference.

Itinerary

Day 1Greeting Day

Welcome to Iran. We are going to greet you at IKA and take you to Reineh (base camp of Damavand south face 2,300m), a short walk around, overnight in MFSI hut with private room and Bath.

Day 2Skiing in point of Doberar Mountain Range (4,000m)

We will drive to Lasem, one of the beautiful villages with great landscapes. It takes around 45 minutes. We will do a full-day ski. (We have some 4000m peaks for climbing and skiing).

Day 3Climb up to (4,200m)

In the morning toward our program, we will drive to camp 2 (1 hour off-road) 3000m and climbing to camp3 (Bargah) about 4200m. We will have around 4-6 hours of climbing. Overnight in hut. You will have a private room with Bath, bed, etc.

Day 4Acclimatization(4,800m)

In the morning for acclimatization, we will climb up to 4800m. Then we will descend and for resting and have dinner we return to the hut.

Day 5Summit day (5,610m)

Start climbing early in the morning. We will have 6-8 hours of climbing to the Summit. We will ski to the hut then, we will return to camp 2 and at the end Polour camp. Overnight in Polour Camp.

Day 6Kashan

In the morning we will leave Polour to Kashan and we will continue through desert up to reach to Maranjab Desert and we will stay at an old caravanserai and rest.

Day 7Desert hiking

After breakfast, we will do a safari in the desert and climb up sand dunes and with sandboard descend and enjoy the desert. At night we set a fire and we will have a nice gathering around a fire and have dinner and tea.

Day 8Departure

After breakfast, we will transfer you to the IKA and you will depart Iran.
